Was on my way to our notice of marriage appointment... because we are getting married in a different council, we needed proof of booking our ceremony! Totally forgot to print at work and this little gem absolutely saved my life! Thank you so so much!! Printbox is quick, cheap, reliable and totally convenient as it was in the tube station!! Would definitely recommend... don’t stress if you haven’t printed, do it on route!

Very unhappy about this service. The printer did not print anything back in January. Customer service first did not reply to my query at all and then had apparently credited the lost pages back to my account. Today I realised that this was only true for 2 credits (instead of 5). This is such a hassle, unreliable and on top of everything very expensive. Not recommended!

Great idea! Totally saved me. Registered online and loaded doc to my account. All I had to do was find the box (near the escalator at the back of Hammersmith Broadway - the second set of escalators), put in my pin and print. Paper quality and printing was excellent.

Really convenient and easy to use. It takes a couple of minutes to print and you might think it’s not working, but it is! Total process was like 5min.

I tried using this several times last year and it was out of action for several consecutive days. I just tried again and realised that it only takes cash and not card. How utterly absurd. For a service that is supposed to be convenient, it is very behind the times. Most people do not carry cash anymore. I am yet again left without the product I intended to buy from Printbox.

Never use this printbox. It doesn’t work, and I can’t redeem my money. It just wastes your time and money. If you are in a hurry, this machine will be a disaster.

Barely works. extremely overpriced. I managed to print some documents but the scanner is literally broken (its hinge in two pieces!)

Is really bad… no one picks up and answers the support email. The print box is frozen on my logins. I have credits that I have not used and I am not sure how to log off once the screen is frozen. Please be aware not to use this service.
