IB Flooring

After arranging a site visit to survey the flooring, I received a price the following day and I was happy with it. The quote was valid for 30 days and I got it contact to except it and booked in a date over the phone to complete our flooring. After waiting 5weeks for the day to arrive a fitter turned up at 9am and through no fault of his he said there had not been enough time allocated to him and after cutting some floor he said it definitely could not be completed. Around 10am he had contacted the office and he apologised and said it can’t be done so packed up and left!I rang ib flooring and the owner said they should not have taken the job on and it was someone else’s fault in the office who was conveniently on holiday! After not excepting any blame ib flooring have now left us with cut flooring and no laid floor!Terrible service and attitude

Flexible company, fitted new vinyl to bathroom quickly and professional.Would highly recommend and will defiantly use again.

Excellent customer service - nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, gave good advice and had a fantastic range of flooring. I was able to take as many samples as I liked - they even carried them to my car!! The fitters were professional and experienced so the finished work was immaculate. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning.

Good communication and options fully explored prior to ordering. The flooring is amazing quality and, Steve, our filter, really went the extra mile to make sure we were getting the best job possible. All round a great company to do business with and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Twice I've used them now, both times the fitters have been great and done a really good job, we've had carpet and vinyl put down, both outstanding. Chris in the shop is great, they are definitely competitive with prices and they have a really good selection. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
