Avoid these rip-off merchants at all costs !!! after a shoddy and poor installation i tried to cancel after only two days , virtually impossible to cancel with all sorts of excuses and lies from customer support also BEWARE !! hidden charges costing potentially £100's of pounds extra , DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH VERISURE !

I was looking for a rough benchmark figure for having an alarm fitted to our house so was browsing their website. Conveniently you can’t get any info unless you include a mobile number, so I did. Not even 30 seconds later I received a call. Not happy with the customer service hard sell on the phone so told them I wasn’t interested. This was yesterday morning, I have since received 8 more calls all from different mobile numbers, the latest being at 9:30am on MOTHERING SUNDAY. Requests to remove my number ignored. A quick google tells me this is standard practice for these fools, and is the number one reason I wouldn’t give them my money for an alarm even if they paid me. Complete joke, official letter of complaint sent to head office.

Rubbish service and staff it been 2 months i paid them 1300 and it s been 1 months my shop is without security. Evrytime i call them they just say we will short out this but i never got any call or email from them

Overpriced and.hidden charges.PLEASE AVOID. Been trying to cancel for.over a week now and they keep saying manager will ring....but nothing happens. Obviously trying to keep my money. DO NOT INSTALL. VERIFIED INSTALLATION: 338151

Get 10 calls a day from these people from mobile numbers that are different at the end so can't even block them. Asked several times for them to take my number off and they still call back. AVOID.

You will not be able to cancel. I am trapped. They are still taking my money. I have written letters, sent emails and called repeatedly but their cancellation policy is disgusting. Avoid them at all costs. Verisure should not be allowed to operate the way they do.

Avoid!!Had a real incident 3 weeks ago.Called them 5 time. Every time been promised to receive call next day...no one called.Complete joke.

Had several phone calls from this company a day, even when told i am not interested, all calls were made from mobile numbers, they said i contacted them for installation when i didnt, dont know from which verisure office these jokers rang from

This morning i contacted Verisure smart alarms and within 10 minutes i had a call to arrange a free no obligation quote - the consultant arrived on time and we signed up on the spot. There has recently been a massive up surge in House burglaries, & car thefts. This company came highly recommended, and in turn i am recommending to you.We now feel safe, secure & above all protected -

Most rubbish security cctv providers. I paid a whole year monthly which was what i was told by the installer and once the 12 months had finished they had expected me to make £20 more than what i was already paying and when i went to cancel they had said i have to pay £50 a month for 3 months before i cancel. And today have come and taken their equipment leaving holes in my walls which they said they will refill but have left and the arlo cameras i had also bought they have let me keep them as i paid but stopped them from recording any video footage. Most disgraceful company ive ever met in my life
