Wouldn’t go anywhere else , I feel very comfortable working out in this gym and the team are very approachable if I have any queries.The gym is cleaned daily, and there is plenty of equipment to use.Dana and the team are very welcoming and are always on hand should you need them.

Amazing gym with the most incredible caring staff. Personally have never been to a better community gym of which were so welcoming to me when I joined. Instantly making me feel part of the family this place really has created. I couldn't be happier being a part of what they have created.

I love this gym. It’s a great place totrain. Everyone is very welcoming and courteous and I always feel safe and comfortable even when I train on my own. The staff are very helpful and supportive and no one is intrusive. There is alot ofSupport in this gym from staff and gymUsers, but you can also train without distractions. I love it as it is always clean, friendly, and a good place to work out, it’s right on my doorstep too. Because it has key fob access I can come and go as I please without feeling rushed for closing time. I can park right outside the door. Great gym.

Fantastically run Gym. Open 24/7 365 days a year.Excellent gym that caters for all! Plenty free weights, benches, bars and plates. Lots of cardio equipment from treadmills, Cross trainers and airbike!Dana and Todd very outgoing and extremely knowledgeable. Both have excellent rapport with users of the gym. Genuine people that go the extra mile to help you with your training should you need it. They genuinely go above and beyond from my experiences injury rehabilitation, implementation of different training regime to chit chatting about every day life.Cannot recommend highly enough. A safe space where you can just be left alone to train or go in for a social session" on the less motivated days."

Best gym I have been to,Friendly helpful atmosphere, always feel completely comfortable working out here, good range of equipment and the personal trainers are fantastic, Dana in particular has helped me so much with programmes, correcting my form and also sports massage - Super reasonably priced for the level of support you receive.Always clean, well maintained and welcoming. Cannot speak highly enough of Dana and her team.

Amazing Gym! The first gym I have been to where I instantly felt comfortable. The equipment is to high standard and everything is cleaned regularly.Dana and the team are always so helpful and have created a lovely atmosphere.Would highly recommend to anyone.
