Thank you all at Rectory House for your kindness.We at Sussex Lace Makers had a lovely Saturday with the residents making our Lace.See you all again at the end of November.

Wonderful care home and lovely care team. Located in a nice quiet area.

Grandad had 2 weeks there as a trial to see if he liked it, he didn't. Neither did I. The staff were so unwelcoming to us family, seemingly uncaring, and somewhat disrespectful to him and his needs. They didn't respond to my requests, and for some reason kept staring at us through the glass when I went for my 30 minute, covid restricted visit. They might want to review their test taking procedures as using 4-5 vials in tests just makes the results invalid. Hope you get an unannounced inspection soon!

I have been so impressed with the care and compassion shown towards my father during a very difficult time for our family. We found the experience of accessing appropriate nursing care for Dad emotionally stressful and the staff (management and care staff alike) were so helpful and supportive during the whole process.I strongly feel that the staff at Rectory House are doing the best for my father and putting him at the centre of decision- making, and that has helped him, my mum and the wider family.Thank you to everyone there.

Ive been coming here as the resident hairdresser at Rectory House for 12 years and can honestly say it’s been a pleasure. From what I’ve seen residents are treated with utmost respect and care. Activities are second to none and there’s is always something going on to make their stay enjoyable. The thing I personally like the most is that it’s not like walking into a clinical setting but a welcoming home.

A relative of mine use to stay here before her passing. Wonderful home, needs a bit of refurbishment but otherwise I couldn't fault the care.

ok untill mother died at the home then repayment of £1350 not returned as yet months have gone by ,so has trust in them
