We used Royale Homecare Ltd to look after my husband who has MND. We had two wonderful helpers who were there from 9am to 5pm every day. We couldn't fault their attention, kindness, and expertise. Thank you to Manuel who organised everything. They were so flexible and we would thoroughly recommend Royale Homecare Ltd and will certainly use them again.

My mother was looked after by Marilou at Royale Home care managed by Manuel for several years. Her care was excellent in every way ,catering for her physical and personal needs and for her personalty. There was a flexibility, sensitivity and genuine caring attitude dealing with what she needed along the way,, with communication, intuition, empathy and understanding .I am very grateful for everything that they did.

One star is too much but i can't put any less.Poor Hygiene, Lack of knowledge, Staff training very poor, Lack of respect for the clients and their property.

We are very pleased with the care service provided by Royale Homecare Ltd. My father is well looked after by the two carers who alternate in coming once in the morning and once in the evening. I would highly recommend them and Manuel who runs the company.
