Scott was incredibly efficient and thorough when sorting a few issues that had arisen in the delivery of my new bike. He understood the urgency of the situation as I needed the bike for a trip abroad, and helped me out straight away. Him and his friend also offered us really useful advise for our bike packing trip.

Really helpful with my vintage colnago bike part. Took time to find the problem and fixed it. Saved me around £150 for a problem that other bike shops wouldn't even look at. Really grateful thank you.

It’s very rare I give a bad review but this guy was lacking any cordiality and was verging on rude. He was clearly too busy and should have just said so instead of trying to grab some extra money for work that wasn’t needed.I feel like I was conned as I needed my gears looking and wanted the £40 gear service when he basically said my shimano cassette was worn out (?!) and charged me £82 to replace it with a budget version. He didn’t clean any of the other parts and on top of that when I rode the bike home the gears kept slipping so I had to take it back the next day and he hadn’t aligned the gears despite telling me he had. He was very grumpy and told me to look on YouTube next time if I needed help.Avoid this place.

Both I and my girlfriend have had our bikes serviced here alongside many smaller jobs. Scott is knowledgeable and professional, he clearly knows what he is talking about and doesn't undertake unnecessary work. Very reasonable priced also. An absolute gem of a place.

Echoing all the other bad reviews, this guy is quick to say he does not fix dodgy" bikes (as he said) and when I asked what he meant by that

Sent an email and Scott responded promptly asking me to bring my bike in anytime for him to have a look and assess.True to his word, I turned up randomly yesterday (a few days later) and he happily put aside his work and had a look at my bike and recommended that I needed a new chain and cassette.Market being what it is.....he had no stock of cassettes but told me what I needed to buy and to come back anytime again and he would fit it. He had chains in stock fortunatley.I managed to source the cassette and went back to the shop today and true to his word, Scott fitted my new chain and cassette within 20mins and I was good to go! Bike feels great! He even said not to waste time and money with a service as I didn't need it yet once he gave it a good look over. Great service n honesty. Had time for conversations and helpful tips too! Highly recommended.

An expert at his job and very honest. Completely rebuilt a front wheel on a switch Brompton. Not an easy job to source parts but Scott did it all fuss free. Highly recommended.

Came here a few days ago as my brakes weren’t working and another shop had quoted £25 to fix them. The owner told me no such work was needed and showed me a quick way to fix the brakes myself free of charge! Would definitely recommend this place. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional

Dropped my bike in and had the Stage 1 service. Bike looks and handles like it's brand new again. Really impressed with the overall work done. Can't fault any aspect of the service. Will definitely be using these guys regularly in the future.

Nice guy, straight to the point, knowledgeable and honest. Will only suggest work that genuinely needs doing. Very quick turnaround. Always appreciate a place which doesn't try to needlessly upsell you all the time!
