Toms Rubbish Clearance

We encountered this business on a one way road which they were blocking. They then told us that we were to turn around and go the wrong way instead of them turning into a space literally right next to them. Absolutely ridiculous!

Came to yate to help clear a room after a flood. Very polite professional and did all the work. Very happy and definitely recommend. -Zoieanne

Efficient and pragmatic service from Tom's. They were able to come out quite quickly provide a quote and remove on the same day. A huge thank you to Josh and Lee. They were absolute superstars. Could not have asked for two more polite and hard working men. The job was messy, heavy and relentless. We really appreciated their good humour and hard work.

Had my small 1mx2m lean to demolished and removal of some old kitchen cabinets. The pile of rubble and timber would have fit into a standard skip.The two guys came round, sucked in through their teeth and told me it wasn’t going to be cheap- then they quoted me £650!!My friend had a similar service (but maybe 4x the amount of waste) for £400. Got the sense they just couldn’t be bothered with the heavy lifting. I’ll go elsewhere.

Not sure why this guy is walking around his yard half-naked, claiming there's a bunch of young kids inside his building. I wonder why he's got all those cartoons around his business. Seems a bit odd.

Having been let down by The Heart Foundation shop in Kingswood, we rang Tom's Rubbish Clearance to collect a three piece sofa and armchair. The lady on the phone was very nice and arranged collection for the same day as we were collecting new furntiture to put in it's place.The driver rang when he was half an hour away as they said they would and arrived on time. Two very nice lads, Josh and Lee came in to remove the furntiture. They were efficient and respectful, taking off their boots so they didn't dirty our carpets. The furniture was heavy but they wouldn't accept any help. Great job! Thanks and couldn't have asked for any better service.

Should probably not act like children and shout stuff out the van when they have the company name on the side??

I contacted them first on phone. The lady does not wanted to say anything about the price. I had 5-6 questions, she clearly sounded annoyed/ bored. After calling her out for it she changed the attitude to positive, but she still had no any information about their service.The morning what they told me were mid afternoon. On this one IDK maybe it is works like this.The 2 brothers were polite, but felt dodgy as they spotted a gaming chair in the skip, they instantly wanted to check" the window in the flat are they able to pass it down from the window.Felt like they wanna check out my place what can get robbed.Than they started to say it is 2nd floor and hard to park and told me an brainlessly high price+VAT.Maybe they good for rubbish or skip clearance

Never use this company for skip hire!! It took them a one month to collect their skip which was only hired for 1 week. During the one month they left it with us, we had people fly tipping next the skip, people pulling out rubbish bags which would spill out on to the street and high wind blowing items down the road which could caused serious damage. Will never be using again.

Toms emptied and demolished my very old and very full shed today. Dad was a bit of a hoarder in the shed ! So much stuff!! They phoned before they arrived and then got on with it. It took them about an hour and a half. We would never have got it done ourselves and even the biggest skip would not have been big enough. Not much clearing up to do after and now my garden feels lot bigger. Really pleased with how it went and the lads worked hard and were cheerful with it. Very happy to recommend and if I needed to would use them again.
