H and I popped in as she 'needed' some new shoes. Very nice looking place with a good choice of footwear. The staff are personable - and quite high-tech!

Staff could have been happier. Tried to upsell us extra shoes, slippers and flip flops while trying on kids shoes by bringing the boxes out from the show room, which took ages.. the paper waiting counter machine wasn't working so we just sat there for ages

Staff was really helpful but a bit of a wait due to back to school shopping. Very limited choice this year for my daughter who is 8 and a size 3. She didnt want a strap as apparently its to babyish but there was only 1 shoe without one. Unfortunately they didnt have them in.

This is a great shop with very knowledgeable staff who always do their best to suit the individual children. We went in today with my daughter who needs a certain type of shoe, the staff member (Sam K) listened and respected my choice, he was brilliant with her and she didn't get upset and she seemed totally relaxed.We have been here previously with my eldest child when her feet were incorrectly measured at a different store, the staff were just as good then and had no hesitation in refunding the shoes and helping keep find a more suitable pair.

Charlotte was very helpful today. She got the different shoes for me to try on. I saw my favourite ones and cancelled getting the other pairs and Charlotte was efficient and helpful. Thank you. I was concerned that there was no guarantee. I know customers have abused Clark’s in the past but I still think there should be some guarantee on the shoes.

Usually we really rate this store. But today, my daughter's feet measured 5.5f and they were trying to sell me 6g in a completely different style. I insisted on the style that we needed which they said I could order online but I needed to do it half way down the store because their WiFi didn't work near the till. They then tried to charge me £4.95 for delivery when I can get them delivered online for free. Needless to say we didn't buy the shoes in store.
