Needed help at the worst time possible and they didn't pick up the phone at all,just kept hanging up??now i have to defend myself as a disabled man..Cheers NO help through court.

Useless. Didn't listen to a word I said, kept repeating the same errors over again. Finally managed to get them to listen and got them to confirm what they had been told and were dealing with - and they repeated it all correctly. They took a load of details to complete a form and send to me, only they sent the wrong form entirely and it was completely blank. The form was for what they had been repeatedly told was completely wrong.The advice given was wrong, the materials provided were wrong, had I followed their advice I would have caused myself significant problems. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere.
