Harnish was here from morning who updated all our computers and also too the responsibility to contact the digital companies to get our software re-installed and made sure we was working as normal. Installation at the Cornerways Dental Practice went smoothly, really hassle free. Joseph (Iosif) and his Polish colleague (sorry, forgot the name) from the cabling and Alan who installed the computers have been extremely helpful and dedicated. They even offered extra advice which was much appreciated. Many thanks, guys!!So far the emails have been dealt with in a timely manner as well. We haven't started yet so cannot comment on the Tech support

Microminder have provided our IT support for a long time and they are always really helpful and knowledgeable when calling for assistance. We have recently experienced a lot of network issues which has required an engineer to attend our practice as it could not be resolved remotely. The engineer (Aiden) is always efficient, professional and resolves the issues quickly. We would definitely recommend Microminder to others.
