I am delighted with the service and professionalism of Master’s Pharmacy. They take a genuine interest in my mother. They make sure she gets her medication on time and that the prescription is correct. The pharmacist Murtaza is always so helpful and courteous, nothing ever seems like too much trouble for him. He is always helpful with enquiries, and simplifies any queries regarding medication.I would sincerely like to thank you for your outstanding service, patience , kindness and commitment to your role.

Had my COVID booster jab there this morning as a walk in clinic. Found the whole experience very satisfying. Well organised with a comfortable seating area. Seen by two females again well organised, caring & very professional. The jab was painless in comparison to my last jab in 2021 at a mobile van which was awful.Fantastic service, well done. Masters pharmacy have always provided a reliable and efficient service. My mom's medication request has always been processed, prepared and delivered promptly. I have been highly impressed!! In particular Murtaza the pharmacist is always courteous, helpful and highly efficient. I cannot thank him enough with the care and level of service he has provided.

This has always been our go-to for all my family especially for their travel clinic services. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly as well. Would highly recommend.

Amazing staff, very friendly. I went for my second dose covid vaccination a few days ago, the young girl that did my vaccination was amazing and professional. Did not hurt and was very comfortable.

Poor communication from the pharmacist.He didn’t told my wife that he charge £10 for his consultation. The pharmacist should told the customer about his charges before discussing the issue.

My personal opinion of Masters PharmacyWhen I enter this pharmacy I am greeted by friendly and efficient staff and exceptional services/help from the counter staff. The pharmacist/Manager of the pharmacy Murtaza is always ready to give his full attention and one to one advice to his customers and support them to the best of his outstanding ability. He is able to give advice to his customers and run a travel clinic to the best of his ability.The pharmacy is always clean and well presented and organised. There is a confidential room always available for Confidentiality and privicy for customers to feel comfortable to talk to the pharmacist and staff members in a comfortable way. His level of care for his customers is acceptional. Ive been with this pharmacy for years and wouldn't choose any other.
