Very slow serviceFood wasn't hot as had been waiting I think sometime on the hot plateTried to go there again another night as staying in the hotel next door to be told something about not enough staff so weren't allowing anymore customers in. Nightmare when have a toddler so had elsewhere. From reading reviews under new management but doesn't appear to have fixed the negative reviews. Such a shame as it was decorated nicely inside & all beefeaters are normally great

Visited recently for dinner. The restaurant is under new management and there’s a change of kitchen and waiting staff. This can only be a good thing from previous experience. Food was excellent, service was very efficient and friendly. Specifically Kerry, the manager, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and supportive of the staff that are training. Can see that this place is going to be excellent under her management. Will be returning regularly. Thanks again.

Booked on spur of the moment by turning up at the restaurant. No problem. Upgraded our Premier inn deal to the meal and breakfast deal which was worth it.Food was piping hot, lovely and tasty and drink option was great too.Service from our waiter Tristan was excellent, he was very attentive, patient and friendly throughout. 100% recommend. We have normally looked for something else rather than eat at the Premier Inn restaurants in the eve but this has changed everything.And they were short staffed but you would never have realised.Thanks Tristan and all the staff this evening. You were all brilliant and worked hard to make the experience enjoyable for every customer. Well done.

After a ruined birthday meal at the site in Buckingham - we decided to give Beefeater another chance yesterday (Tues 16th Oct 23), and booked a table online for 18:15. I had also put some notes in relation to a table request.My wife and I arrived at exactly 18:15 and waited for what seemed an eternity. The restaurant seemed steady for a Tuesday night, couple of large tables, but not heavily busy in my eyes.The lady in front of us was approached and said she wished to book for Xmas Day. The colleague (who was wearing a blue and white pattern shirt - not the same uniform as the others) - went off to get someone else. He returned with a gent in a black chefs jacket and he took over.The colleague in the shirt then asked how he could help. I advised we had a booking and our name. He just said how many people (not referring to the booking). He went to sit us down and mumbled something as he walked off, just dumping the menus on the table. No finesse or wow"After about 10 minutes a waiter came over and asked what we wanted. We ordered drinks and when these were delivered we ordered our food.We were sat close to the "pass" in the kitchen. Whilst we waited we saw food sitting for too long before any waiters picked up. The guy who had seated us walked past the areas several times

Never got the food as per the menu.. advise to seek another establishment to eat the food you want on the menu, plenty of choice in Kidlington. Would you believe it. ? . no chef, so no cooked food for breakfast either!! Place deserted at prime breakfast time

We cannot speak highly enough of Charlie. She was amazing all throughout and made it such a lovely experience, she even went out of her way to make our dessert (her debut!) which was also amazing. She is an asset to the restaurant. What a lovely girl! Thank you Charlie! :)

After checking in to Premier Inn we decided to see if the on-site Beefeater could accommodate us. We had a brief wait before our table was ready. The food and drinks were great. Succulent steak and triple cooked chips, cooked to perfection. Dessert was apple pie with a generous serving of custard. First rate.Another guest explained to us that you can order and dine in the bar area.

Went to choose festive menu to be told that at 6pm on the second Saturday in December that they had run out of turkey. Bar was pretty much dry. And staff really didn't seem to care less. Would have been zero if that was possible on here

The service is extremely slow at the venue, had to wait a long time to be given drinks, refills on the soft drinks and then a very very long time for the food itself.I don't think anyone read the menus because I ordered a drink from the menu which includes the mixer (ginger beer) with the drink, however, after leaving for 10 minutes, the waitress returned to ask me if I wanted a mixer and on top of that, I was then charged for the mixer on my bill before having to dispute that. The bannofee Sundae was meant to come with 'warm' waffles, however they were cold and quite dry.The turkey burger and the dirty potatoes which I had in the evening was really GOOD and tasty! Because of that, I decided to return the following day for a Sunday roast, which was my mistake..The potatoes were soggy and chewy, the Yorkshire puddings were cold as if heated in the microwave for 30 seconds after they had been in the fridge. The waitress replaced them with ones 'straight out the oven' but they were also cold. The waitress only gave 2 options for the beef which was pink or well done so she opted for well done. The beef itself tasted burnt and was over cookedI wouldn't have minded the very long waiting time, if the food was good, however it wasn't.The staff were polite and was a nice location and layoutSadly, I did not have an enjoyable experience at this location

Faultless. Really friendy, food was great and restaurant clean and bright.So much food took a rack of ribs home to the dog.
