From my first contact with Maid to Clean in setting up a regular cleaner for my elderly father the service provided and information has been excellent. Patricia is friendly and provides a fantastic service to an excellent standard she is very punctual and my dad is very happy with the overall service she provides. Good service - good quality cleaners

My cleaner is always on time, and does a great job. She's also very flexible when we need extras or to change the schedule, and we've built a great relationship in the last 2 years.

Easy to communicate with and also provided a great, reliable cleaner

The first cleaner assigned was appointed over a week before the first appointment, and then on the day never turned up. After speaking with the office, (who told me they had never used her before but had a text to say she would turn up) it took over a week to find someone else, completely unacceptable when you have been let down on the day hand had already been waiting over a week at this point. So, over two weeks in I finally get a cleaner allocated, to then be told after the second appointment she wouldn’t be returning due to personal reasons, and “would I like them to find someone else”.Bottom line is, maid 2 clean are hiring & appointing people that have no/very little experience/clientele. I started to use them because I needed a cleaner I could rely on, and thought going to a agency that should be able to have some kind of peace of mind that if I was let down they could have someone cover relatively quickly. That couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s extremely apparent that they do not have the experienced staff on their books to meet demand. The office instead of calling to say “do you want someone” should have had someone already lined up. I think the whole thing is managed poorly, I will not use this company again nor would I recommend to anyone who requires reliability.
