Michael is a special chap. He gave a unique consultation. He arrived within 3 hours. He did his very best to understand what needed to be done. He took a greater interest in secondary issues, and advised what work needed to be carried out (none - saving me £1000). He carefully explained a logical way to remedy a problem with a drain leak. He did not charge a call out fee. Whilst the time was late, and 4pm on a Saturday, he remained mindful and thoughtful. He also, showed care and consideration for internal damage, giving further advice as to how to rectify matters. If I need his service again, I will certainly call on him. I have spoken to over 10 tradesman, about the same issue, going left, right and left again - a reflection of the labour market we have. Michael is a worker who shows pride in his work, in his quotations, and diligence in duty - and he carried out no work. He is far from the workers who inaccurately assess and quote within minutes, in order to grab the next job, at sky high prices.

Rang through with an issue with the drains on Sunday evening - was grey water so not a major issue with regards the foul. Michael attended yesterday (Monday) did a cracking job on unblocking the drain - made sure it was running clean and tidied up after himself. Definitely good value for money compared to some who charge an absolute fortune just to attend. Also gave me advice on how to stop it happening again.Would happily recommend

Michael was brilliant. My drain became blocked on Thursday evening and I rang at 8pm and Michael was there in 30 minutes. He stayed for two hours at night and came back the next day until the problem was fixed. He was extremely professional and explained everything so I understood what the possible issues were. I cannot rate him highly enough. Exceptional service. Thanks so much Michael.

Michael got to us in 8 minutes... 8 MINUTES on a Saturday! We needed our external drain unblocking and he was reasonably priced compared to some other companies we spoke to. He was very polite, professional and unblocked the drain quickly. As he was leaving, I thought I'd ask if he might be able to fix the garden tap so it could run water and he said he'd have a quick look. After checking, Michael said he'd just done a similar job earlier in the day and luckily he had all the kit to connect this up! He said he could fix it there and then. He quoted us for this job (again reasonable pricing) and got to work on it! We now have a garden tap that works so we can attach a hose! We've booked him to sort out the plumbing for the toilet in our outhouse. We've saved Michael's number so we'll definitely be giving him more business in the future! Had a bad case of blocked drains which was causing smells to enter the home. Michael came out within the hour and did a great job unblocking and sorting everything. Top bloke, really satisfied and would not hesitate to use again.
