Evie, the Office Manager, was not only efficient but went well beyond normal working hours to source the water pump that was so necessary. Tom fitted the pump the following afternoon, and did another excellent job. Tom is always prompt, thorough in his work and in clearing up afterwards. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again.
