I came into this shop for a unique gift sentimental and something I needed to really think about and Laura was absolutely wonderful from start to finish she had the patience of a Saint over the 2 days I came in no heavy sales speech just explaining products and helping me choose the perfect ring for myself! The experience was like no other it was truly wonderful from start to finish and I was made to feel very special by everyone I came in contact withThank you Laura and the white rose team you made a long term dream reality

We recently brought 2 watches from Tag Heuer shop in white Rose Leeds, Anna was the lovely lady that helped us on this occasion, we have to say that she was the most pleasant and friendly and professional young lady that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting while making a purchase of any kind, the watches we purchased were for our wedding day and since our visit to the shop we have received a wedding card prior to our big day and an email after which we think is a really lovely gesture, thank you Anna,Tag Huer have the best employee in you and we really hope they recognise this, thank you again for all your help and best wishes, from Anthony & Lynne x

Megan and Lucy were the best team especially when looking for different occasions!We were given so many options and Lucy really went into depth about the quality and warranty etc to which we found the perfect fit! The watch is classy, smart and amazing in so many ways. Lucy ensured us the box was even perfect and the wrapping was great!Megan helped me pick the perfect necklace for myself and I couldn’t be more grateful to all the staff for being so welcoming and lovely. Get Lucy and Megan the pay rise they deserve. Lol

Nicky served me according to my receipt and she was brilliant. We weren’t spending any large numbers but she was still attentive. All the staff were talking to my little boy and this makes a huge difference when making any purchase. Was really impressed.

Purchased a Longines Hydroconquest watch at Leeds White rose branch.The sales consultant Helen was very pleasant and knowledgeable, resized the bracelet to fit exactly.The Watch roll that came with this will prove to be very useful.
