We went for a number of properties using different estate agents, all made us feel like we’re just a number whether you’re first or you’re in a rush to get somewhere which was so frustration and stressful and try to get the most out of us trying to make us offer more than asking. We then tried Spencer Harvey and got in contact with Emily Price and I honestly wish we went there first. She was incredibly helpful and personable, she went over and above to help us going completely out of her way which after months of being made to feel like a number was a breath of fresh air.Thank you again Emily

What can I say, the team at Spencer Harvey were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I beauty paraded three estate agents to sell my parent's house and from the minute Martin attended the property it was never in doubt I would appoint him. They were so positive from the outset and set a price I was more than happy with and was at the top end of what the other two estate agents quoted. The fantastic Ginene then took over and she lined up 5 viewings immediately. From there we received 3 offers, all above asking price. This was despite not asking for offers over the asking price. In the end we accepted an offer which was 10% above asking, talk about over deliver!!! The rest of the process was then expertly handled by Ginene and her team and it was smooth sailing with not a single issue. From offer to exchange was 2 months which in current marketplace is amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending all the team at Spencer Harvey. They manage your expectations, are professional and take all the pain away from the process.....they were truly a dream team to sell my parent's house!

This was quite a challenging house sale. Richard was terrific from the moment he became involved, until we finally completed. I was kept up to date throughout, and Richard went to great personal effort to chase down outstanding actions and to work with the buyer to make sure that we got everything over the line. It was definitely a stressful process, but would have been even more so if it hadn't been for Richard's work. Everyone I spoke to at Spencer Harvey in the course of this sale, was really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use the team again.

My husband and I are currently looking to rent a property. This morning I went in to Spencer Harvey’s office in Stockport and I had a very positive experience. I spoke to Vanessa, she was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the property I was enquiring for wasn’t on the market anymore but she immediately looked through some properties and arranged us a viewing for a different property.
