Neil did a great job verifying and notarising my UK degree certificate for my new job in the UAE while I was in New Zealand. He also arranged to have it legalised at the FCO and attested at the UAE Embassy, then sent the certificate copy to my new employer in the UAE. Excellent, polite and prompt communication and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
