Went here although about 8 miles away. Good produce and shop easy to negotiate as didn't appear to be full of pickers and shelf stackers. Used cafe although a bit disorganised, I think there trying to cut back on staff, very self service staff were helpful although one did shout out there's only 3 of us". All in all good experience"

Morrisons Hadleigh was fairly busy on a Friday lunch time but not a problem by any means. Had a lovely cup of coffee and a sandwich in the cafe before starting to shop and was able to get everything on the list, the toilets were clean and suitably equipped. Evening a supermarket should be.

Well stocked, good easy to understand layout to find what you require. Only problem in my case is the distance I have to travel. Would love a store closer to home

Came on a Sunday - they barely had any hot meals, coffee machines not working, very slow service, not clear on what’s children’s menu and what is on pick n mix and a wrong order.

fridges and freezers were not working, therefore empty with shutters down . Fresh bread /bakery non-existent along with no hot cooked food such as roast chicken

Hadleigh Morrisons is a solid choice for your grocery needs. With a wide selection of products, friendly staff, and a convenient location, it's a go-to spot for your everyday shopping. The only reason it's not a perfect 5/5 is because I wish they had more specialty items. Overall, a great place to stock up on essentials!

Ordered some sandwich platters online, and went to the store to pick them up at the time stated on Morrisons confirmation email. Waited for almost 25 minutes at the collection point (again, as informed by the email) and saw no staff anywhere nearby.I went over to the Tobacco/Lottery counter, to see if anybody was likely to appear, to be told that the new policy was to go to them first and they will phone to say I'm there for collection. I said it would be a good idea to put a sign up at the collection point and got the reply nobody reads signs".I certainly read all the signs about reducing food waste and hygiene practices that were up at the collection point

The fridges are now out of action after weeks of next to no frozen food, they never seem to have organic milk anymore. Their fresh cake section is now non existent, I used to make a special journey there for their cream sponges and strawberry tarts, can't even get a chocolate éclair now.

Baby changing is located within the female toilet, strange considering the disabled toilet doesn't have a changing table , as a father with his 9 month year old baby this was very inconvenient.
