Excellent firm products are excellent and high quality

Absolute shambles of a company - ZERO quality controlSent first set of fixed glass panels of over 3m - covered in manufacturing defects and had to be returned - holding up the whole jobrather than immediately remaking the glass to remedy the problem - they waited a further 2 weeks before even taking a look at it - once they looked at it and decided it couldn't be fixed they then scheduled it in to be remade.So after waiting on the remakes - (which have just turned up on site to be fitted once again) - lorry pulls up and the glass is even worse than their first attempt. Not only covered in tiny defects, but also now covered in deep scratches.Absolutely no quality control with either set of glass that was sent, clearly do not care about their product - AVOID unless you want your time completely wasted.EDIT: they first denied there was a problem with the glass - then they blamed their quality control manager - then they remade the glass for a third time and didn’t even bother sending it out on the day it was due to arrive as it was so bad.So not only did they completely fail - they tried to blame me and to say I had unrealistic expectations before accepting responsibility.I’ve had to re order the glass from another company causing a further 5 week delay- so all in all this company has cost me over 2 months of my time
