My car was picked up from home for its Mot brake oil and air con regassing. It was returned home immaculate the valet was to a very high standard one which is expected from Volvo. One very happy customer thank you.

My experience was both positive and negative, I was giving Matt Davies the opportunity to contact me before posting my review, however no response from Matt Davies so here is my experience. I visited the dealership a day earlier than my appointment to be faced with the most sour faced looking sales person Steve! I felt that I was an inconvenience as I had popped in a day early to view the vehicle, unfortunately the lady Lyn cook had some personal problems so wasn’t available at the time, I had to phone the dealership to see if the finance had been approved, I received a call from Steve very stern and to the point “it’s been approved goodbye “ the contact with Lyn afterwards was faultless. Regular e mails with updates, upon handover Lyn did not work the Saturday so Des handed the vehicle over, Des explained everything downloaded my Volvo app and features about the car, very passionate about his job. I called the service department a few days later to get a price on the Apple car play, I’m still waiting for that call, The car I purchased was everything I hope it would be. It Was presented well upon collection. If Steve was my initial contact I definitely would not of purchased the car. Due to the poor contact from service I don’t think I will return for my services.

Great staff at the Johnsons Volvo Solihull branch, from being greeted to having the car go through it's MOT to being re-booked. Great lounge area if you want to stay in the branch.

Excellent service from Lynn Cook. All queries dealt with quickly and the whole process of buying a new Volvo went very smoothly. Good advice throughout and my car was ready for collection as advised 4 months ago which in the current situation was very pleasing.

Worst dealer ever, sold me a volvo v90 2018 for £20k. During video presentation of the car salesman described this car as a lovely condition. The car has done 42k miles so I was expecting some signs of wear. When we have arrived salesman was only interested in getting the signatures and getting all paperwork done. We have received the keys for the car and then it started. After closer inspection we have found mould in the car and I mean loads of it. Also we have found that the windscreen has at least 50 chips in it and the front of the car is just covered in chips, scratches and dents. This vehicle is a volvo selekt car and passed 150 point check, did it really??? I would strongly disagree with the salesman, the car is not in lovely condition, in fact the car was in really poor condition. I would suggest to stay away from this place, they have no clue in what they are doing.Also as expected I have returned this vehicle after just owning it for 5 minutes, and the best part is that they have re-listed this vehicle the following day for a £1000 extra. I mean this place just takes it to next level!!!

From initial phone call to completion of vehicle purchase great customer service all round. Good location within 5mins of M42 jct. Well appointed showroom. In particular dealt with Steve who is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was never pushy allowing us to make an informed choice.Well done from a happy customer :)
