This shop is awfully managed. I am regularly being overcharged. Pay attention at the counter because things that are on discount they charge you full price for them. I often find that I have been charged twice for one item of a product bought. I feel very uncomfortable going back there after shopping to ask for my money back. I think it's disgusting in respect to the popularity of the shop and the high quality advertised

Great store, wide aisles. Very helpful staff. Stocks quite good, a few things I wanted were either out of stock or sold out including Waitrose's own excellent cornflakes. No surprise there with Waitrose at £1 and Kellogs £2.35 for same weight. Both have vitamins addition.

Place online order a week ago for a birthday cake and cupcakes. Delivery arrived without some cupcakes (explanation for it was they don’t have it in store at the moment) didn’t bother inform me about it until arrival time.Disappointed

Went into the store, not knowing where many things are and Karen at the front desk was very helpful. Her knowledge of the store was brilliant and her pure kindness made my day so much better. She’s an absolute credit to the company and I will be back to shop there again!

OMG when you come from Australia and go to Waitrose your mind is blown by the range and options. This branch is excellent wide range of food and drink, bit pricey but quality.

I always love to shop in Waitrose. They are more expensive than other supermarkets, but the quality of even their essentials range is very good quality. The staff are all fabulous too.
