Customer service is top notch!! I am from Alabama and have ordered some items from NCG. I am able time get exactly what I want because Hannah took the time to work with me. Our time zones are definitely out of sync and yet she was patient and so helpful for me to get the items I saw in a documentary which North Coast Glass was featured. THANK YOU!! Had a delightful experience here on Saturday 10th December. I was in the shop to buy Christmas presents and was served by Storm, who was very patient and gift wrapped everything beautifully. I mentioned on passing it was my birthday , and the owner Brodie very kindly gave me a beautiful glass bird as a present. How lovely was that. Really made my day. Beautiful glass so original.
