I've been dealing with a phone hacking issue, and unfortunately, O2 has been utterly unhelpful in resolving it. My personal data has been compromised, and these fraudsters are persistently opening new contracts in my name. Despite the efforts of the staff, I'm astounded by O2's handling of this situation. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I've witnessed a significant drop in the quality of support offered. If safeguarding your personal information matters to you, I strongly recommend considering another service provider.

Have purchased two screen protectors from this shop. Yes they're overpriced but I knew that going in. James offers outstanding service here. Though not a part of his role, he will carefully and meticulously applied the PET film screen protectors. These films are not easy to apply. James is careful to remove all dust and make the application as best as possible. This extra care and attention is what distingushes James' service compared to other shops offering to install protectors. If you are not confident installing screen protectors or fussy about dust and bubbles, you will walk out knowing that the protector went on the best it could have.I would like to say a massive thank you to James.

I went here for a 30-day SIM card, and it was so extraordinarily easy. Ozzie helped me figure out exactly which plan fit my needs (and even got me twice the data for the same price!), and she personally set up and installed the SIM card for me. She answered all of my questions and completed the whole installation in just a couple of minutes!This is a process that often takes hours elsewhere; I'm so grateful that this was as easy as possible here.

system always offline…..the operator sends a message that the phone is available in 7 days, I come to the store twice and the system is not working…. this is shameful…I don't recommend this store, much less this operator!

This store has the most non professional manager I ever came across to. AMIM's attitude towards my today's request was quite offensive. This has been reported to James(executive team) and the complain team. O2 shouldn't employ such soulless character within their establishment. Will never return to this store.

Was not open at 11am on a Sunday as advertised on both their website and Google opening hours. When you are trying to locate store to get to with your relatives from Australia and then get to your next location on time, I can't tell you how inconvenient and frustrating this was to take a specific trip to get here for the store to then not be open as advertised. Height of bad customer service and completely unnecessary when you can just update your website details.
