Alyn Family Doctors

Having recently moved away from Manchester and a fantastic GP practice I was a bit worried signing my family onto the Alyn Family Doctors having read previous reviews. Today, I logged onto the booking system at 8am as my 5 year old was poorly. At 8.45am I received a phone call to offer an appointment at 10am. Arrived at the surgery, plenty of parking outside, the receptionist was friendly, the doctor was fab with my daughter and really took the time to make her feel comfortable. In and out in 15min. Really could not fault it.

The way my elderly parents are treated is disgusting totally incompetent practice

Utter shambles, unless you are on the death bed they don't care

Given one star as this is the lowest available. Rude receptionist who has no compassion or regard for the mental health and wellbeing of patients.Virtually impossible to get an appointment with a GP.

Extremely helpful reception staff when I transferred from Hope Family Medical Centre to Alyn Family Doctors. It makes such a difference to the whole surgery experience to be greeted by cheerful and helpful reception staff.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID..... unless gross incompetence is what you are looking for.

Practice is designed to either signpost you away or make it almost impossible to see your own GP. I'd describe it as negligent.

Absolutely first class service from the doctors, nurses and receptionists. Always helpful.
