Please really think about this company before signing up for the windows change. Friendly, charming and confident the sales person appears as he is unusually skilled to connect, story-tell and create trust during sales but after him including survey which left me very worried, and then, unfit windows sizes, and the installation work is completely problematic and irresponsible including their handling of the post-failure process. A good company will really apologise and remedy but it took a huge toll on me. Worst experience in terms of building renovation failures as they resisted in not refunding or accepting problems which are so obvious to anyone who saw the windows. They fitted the windows late. There were problems with them like the front door not been still in the frame when shut. Lots of play in it.Paid 50% up front as agreed. Still get hassled by Ray for more money even though there are outstanding problems that you are continually chasing them to be fixed. Overall the costs were less than some of the larger better known companies but that's irrelevant.

I used MyBestWindows services twice, once in 2018 and again this year. I only have great words to say about them from the first call to the day I got my second window fitted in. The sales person was great, the job itself was spotless and on time and the windows are really good quality!! I will obviously call them again in future and I highly recommend their services which come at very competitive prices!

We had delays in getting the windows installed by over 6 months and were finally fitted in mid 2022. In the winter of 2022/23 i noticed gaps between the window and frame which was causing a draft into the house. I have tried to contact My Best Windows, however, i think they have now gone out of business so guess i am stuffed now!

Excellent service all round, beautiful and strong windows especially the grey framed windows with very good U values. I have had 3 flats fitted with all new windows and external doors and cannot fault the workmanship. Very pleased with customer service and will definitely use my best windows for other developments. One of the best Door and Windows company in the UK. Used them twice already. Always competitive and punctual for the job. Good job they do is always clean after completing the job and send photos to make sure the job is completed. I will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommended.

Should be zero stars as this company should not be in operation and I would never recommend them. Their sales process is clever as they are attentive and present themselves as professional, however once they have your money they are unresponsive and shun responsibility for their poor workmanship. After sales care is non existent and the quality of their work is not to regulated standards. Despite several complaints I am still waiting for work to be rectified - they work on the basis that customers will get tired of complaining and just not bother taking things further.

My Best Windows, during the course of the last year, have installed 2 sets of windows for us. Taking into account the disruption of COVID, our experience has been very good. The process of surveying, interaction with the office staff on ordering, manufacturing and scheduling the work was a pleasure. The installation, quality of product and workmanship is excellent. There was a delay in scheduling the first installation but this was due to COVID issues. Special shout out" to A on installation

Several months back, I organised replacement windows and doors for our private school in Oldbury, Birmingham. There was a total of 30+ UPVC windows and 8 Aluminium doors which replaced old wooden frameworks. The works were completed within the tight deadline with the quality of work and finishing being excellent. The biggest thing which impressed me was, where there was additional works they did not charge us unlike other companies. Our organisation was very happy with all aspects of their work and service. I have already recommended My Best Windows to all my friends and contacts. My special thanks to Khalid who was our point of contact with MBW and who managed the project.

I had my windows and doors fitted in September 2019 by this company I must say from start to finish it was a very pleasant experience gabby in the office to Neil McKenzie the. I spend a good 5 minutes every day admiring my door. overall great peopleJust a few days ago the post man damaged my letterbox I called mybestwindows to see if there is anything that can be done .. to my surpriseThe service engineer replaced it within 2 hours free of charge that is amazing !!!
