My stay here was dreadful. The money from my ESA and DLA never went towards a day trip out or anything else I was promised. My experience here has caused severe anxiety surrounding being homeless. I’ve never been so skint when I stayed here. My notice was written without me and left me on the streets as the flat from the council was not ready.
