Signs of a good garage.Lots of customersLots of cars being worked on simultaneously.Lots of employees working there.And a reasonable price too.Slight issue with needing a coolant top up 10 mile down the road, but sorted immediately with no bother.Will definitely use again

After a small problem with a broken part (fault of the parts supplier and no one else's), the guys replaced the heater blower motor the following day. They managed to turn a 5/6 hour dashboard out job into a two hour job by dropping the steering column to gain access. That to me demonstrates a master technician who knows his way around different makes and models of cars. The final price was actually below the quoted price. Will not use any other garage in the future when home in Orkney! Highly recommend, especially if you value customer service like that. Thanks guys!

I ran over a nail while on holiday on Orkney, and on a recommendation from a friend, rang Munro's first thing in the morning. They said I could come in right away and had the tyre plugged and refitted within 15 minutes. Brilliant service and very accommodating, and helped take all the stress out of the day.

This garage just saved my summer holidays. We were coming from Hoy, crossing Kirkwall to catch a boat to the shetland islands when my tire totally blew off. The garage was ULTRA reactive : 2 hours later, 2 new tires and ready to go. Many thx for saving my holiday trip!!!!

Splendid service. We had just arrived in Orkney for a short stay when a warning light turned up on the dashboard. Munro’s could not have been more accommodating. Within 40 minutes, the problem had been diagnosed and fixed. Incredibly efficient and courteous staff kept us fully informed on what they were doing and nothing seemed too much bother for them. Highly recommended.
