Most of the bad reviews for this place are actually problems with the company policy and higher up management issues.The people working here are helpful and thorough. I would go back in a heartbeat as they are happy to explain issues and give solid advice. Overall honest people, making an honest living. Thank you.

I appreciate how easy it was to book the tyre fitting service, however, I was disappointed that despite exceeding the promised time by half an hour, both tyres were inflated beyond the recommended 33 psi, measuring 37 and 38 psi. This oversight affected my overall satisfaction.

Would not recommend at all. Didn't fit my oil filler cap back on properly and ended up with an engine covered in oil and killed my alternator. Told me I needed new battery and brake pads all round., new garage looked and battery is ok and pads are fine

I've used this place on a number of occasions and they have always been efficient, helpful and trustworthy. I took my car in today to have a slow puncture checked out and they were excellent - looked into the problem and solved it very quickly with care advice for the future. Will use again!

Arrived for an MOT 30 mins late (long story) half expecting to lose my slot and fee. A friendly member of staff offered to put it through later for me and it only failed on 1 item which was a genuine issue. The advisories were also fair with no hard sell either. While I waited in a supermarket cafe nearby I read some very critical reviews so I mentioned this to the area manager when I collected the car. He acknowledged that there had been some issues but was working to address them. I also got the opportunity to talk with the technician who conducted the test and received some additional info. about the car. All in all I received excellent customer service at this branch and would not hesitate to use it again.

I would NOT recommend this garage because I had bad experience with them ,I made online request of front wheels balancing ,the reason was a little vibration on steering wheel at 70 mph and after they balanced the front wheels all front was shaking and the steering wheel was vibrating even more, and then I come back to them and they found the reason after a 10 min check on the car they blamed the front disks rotor are not in place .and they said that need to be replaced, which was a lie because before I returned the car back to them I made pictures to the plumbs which the fitted on the wheels was about 120 grams fitted and after I took the car from them surprise they fitted only 20 grams on the wheel and they did not say anything about that, they blamed the disks rotor ,being even rude to me when they explained what was wrong with the car .but I test the car before to spend or do any work on the car and its not vibration on the steering wheel it's running perfectly now because they rebalanced the wheels again without to say they just blamed the disks rotor.This place not doing proper wheel balancing I not recommend this place

Thats how looks wheels alignment after national tyres center done and refusing to give refund. Well done guys especially front desk guy cause he overchecked job after i bring car back.

Can't praise the staff in this garage enough. After me and my partner was having major problems with brakes whilst on a journey of 170 miles to Newcastle. Called several places with no help available. This place offered to take a look. And once checked. Managed to get us back on the road within 2 hrs. For a short notice problem they was brilliant. Jake the manager was also very pleasant and helpful and his staff were also very pleasant n helpful too.Would give more stars if could.John n mark

Other half took his car to have a new tyre and the wheels aligned. Booked and paid for online. Guys are friendly. Waiting room could use some tlc. Needs a clean, a rubbish bin and some firm of heating as it was freezing.
