We (four adults) were on a birthday night out at the Barbican and walked past the Queens Arms where the good music and atmosphere dragged us in.Brilliant DJ, great service staff, and lots of friendly fun loving people. We had a great time.Would highly recommend the Queens Arms especially on a Saturday night.

Absolutely horrible nosy rude bar staff (long hair ginger one. Not the first time people have had an issue with her being rude and stick her nise into private conversations)She forced herself into a private conversation that had nothing to do with her, And becoming offended at the subject matter I strongly recommend any other places if you want to talk freely and have a joke without rude, nosy, xenophobic bar staff being offered by you not being a local" I've lived in Plymouth for over four years and been to the pub many times before (was but not any more)If you're looking for a lovely place where the bar staff are not xenophobic but friendly kind and welcoming to people REGARDLESS of if you're 'a local" or not I recommend Minerva Inn on 31 Looe St. They are always up for a laugh and don't judge. It's Cheeper the bar staff don't force themselves into your conversations and can take a joke."

The Queens Arms
One of my favourite Barbican pubs. Old school, kept immaculately clean but wamt and welcoming. Free House, good choice of well kept ales from Devon and Cornwall. No food but nibbles. Staff attentive. A pun for all characters and ages.

The Queens Arms
Traditional pub, background music that allows to chat to your friends over a good Adnams ale or a Guinness.

Decent little pub. The older barmaid was miserable. But young lass was very friendly. Just a bit cramped

In Plymouth for Remembrance Weekend and was so pleased to have been part of this weekend at the Queens Arms. All the staff were so friendly and worked so hard as the pub was extremely busy ,whilst maintaining standards. The pub was clean , warm and cosy. Offering a good choice of drinks.Thankyou for a lovely visit, will definitely return again.
