Receptionist is lovely but thats the only good thing going for this place. Booked an appointment in February and earliest they could give me was march so I've waited patiently and now its been 2 hours with no phone call so I doubt I'm even getting this appointment. Don't waste your time coming here.

You can't even do a e- consult on a weekend. These Doctors are a disgrace as when you ring for appointment there are never any left and when the government say the NHS are open and seeing people that memo had obviously missed this practice.

Rude receptionists and abrupt never get an appointment, and tell you to ring walk in. Will be changing surgeries asap had enough.

I don't know what is is with doctors, but they are a very mixed bag. Particularly in this practice, you get some who are kind, respectable, helpful and treat you with respect. And then the majority are rude, condescending and have no people skills. Honestly, these people seriously need to adjust their attitude or choose another profession. But that being said thank you to the minority of great doctors who take pride in their work and love helping patients (mostly junior doctors).

The receptionist staff were extremely rude. I had an appointment and when I attended, they had told me I don’t have one and need to make one. On top of this, I was told that there are no appointments until two weeks time. This is the second time that such incident has occurred and it is unacceptable when the appointments are regarding medical needs. I will definitely try to change my GP as soon as possible to a different surgery.

Constantly have no appointments available even when you're some of the first to call, if you do get a appointment it's 50/50 if you'll get a doctor who goes above and beyond or a doctor who'd sooner throw you out the window to hurry to the next appointment.

One of the worst experiences. Rude receptionist didn’t even take down my details and denying to give my appointment, just asking to walk-in to an hospital if it’s emergency. We are paying lakhs for our health insurances and UK government has been ungrateful and unfaithful to us as we are unable to get our basic blood tests done here.

Don’t know if this was because it was phone call with a Dr not in person but I felt it was an unpleasant call when I was already feeling unwell and stressed. They gave me the 3rd degree and seemed to suggest my personal mental health was in decline. Hope the in person appointment is marginally better. Last surgery I registered with ‘low fell medical tower’ the Doctors were far more courteous and pleasant.
