Good Hotel
My room (not sure about the other rooms) was a little disappointing. It was tiny and lacked the usual amenities. At £200+ per night, I don't think it represented good value for moneyThe common areas i.e. lobby, bar, etc were very nice and a pleasure to spend time in.

From the moment we decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday at The Good Hotel, we knew we had made the right choice, but little did we know just how exceptional our experience would be.Right off the bat, the location of The Good Hotel took our breath away. Nestled in a stunning setting, it provided the perfect backdrop for our special celebration. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, exuding charm and elegance in every corner. It was clear to us that great care has been taken to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic and ensure it provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all guests.Our Programming and Partnerships Manager was nothing short of amazing. Her communication was top-notch, always prompt and clear, making sure that all our needs and requests were taken care of. It was evident that she genuinely cared about making our event a success, and her efforts did not go unnoticed.The service we received before and during the event was exceptional. Tiego, our waiter, went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. His attentiveness and eagerness to help did not go unnoticed, and he was constantly on his feet, running to assist us in any way he could.The supervisor was also a standout, always ready to lend a helping hand, and her lovely demeanor made our experience even more enjoyable. It was clear that the entire staff at The Good Hotel is dedicated to providing outstanding service and ensuring that guests have a memorable stay.I cannot recommend The Good Hotel enough. The combination of the stunning location, beautiful hotel, exceptional service, and dedicated staff made for an unforgettable celebration. We are already looking forward to hosting other events here in the future and reliving the wonderful experience we had.Thank you, The Good Hotel, for making my husband’s birthday celebration nothing short of perfect!

Good distance from the Excel exhibition centre.Nice service but the rooms needs a better set-up.Honestly the bathrooms are out of my concept of good service.The cleaning is good, you can see the attention the put on it.Overall if you move for business for only a couple of days it's a nice

Brilliant location (a stones throw from the Customs House Elizabeth line), great service, very cool decor, simple clean and comfortable rooms and so quiet. The staff are charming - well trained and well led I'm guessing. I'll be back

Good Hotel
An unusual floating hotel, and while the bed rooms are small, the dining and lounge area are large, open and airy. Rather nice hearing the Thames lapping against the side of your room! One of the most attractive aspects is the hotel ethos.. supporting local people and helping provide both work and education. Makes for a very positive atmosphere.

Amazing stay from start to finish. Was greeted and checked in by Kieron who made us feel very welcome and upgraded our room which was a very kind gesture!The room was spotless and couldn’t fault the view. There was no TV but they supply iPads if needed. :) Breakfast was delicious with large selection to choose from!Our experience here was great and the story behind this hotel is inspiring and nice to know by staying here money goes to a good cause.Would definitely stay again :)

Good Hotel
Fantastic location for ExCel, staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Rooms are small but perfect if you will be out and about mostly ( as most people are in London!), beds very comfy. Lovely to have a drink downstairs overlooking the river and the cable cars with the Millennium Dome in the distance. Easy access to the Docklands Light Rail and onwards into the city centre from there. Have stayed here 3 times and wouldn't stay anywhere else now.

Good Hotel
5 star service and 5 star hotel. Rooms are SO comfy. I liked everything about my stay, especially the rooftop. The only downside of choosing this appartment is the location, which is a bit far from everything but there are a lot of transit options which makes the traveling easy, but expansive (so factor in the price of transit). Breakfast were very good too with a lot of choices. Overall, I think it's well worth it considering the calmness of the place and the fact that you are basically sleeping on a steady boat.
