Left me twice with no solicitor because of the ridiculous time they take to actually turn up they have never won anything for me they've sent me the wrong court dates out and got my arrested on a 3 day lay down . In short I wouldn't hire them again ever and if I could leave 0 stars I honestly would by far the worst firm in barnsley

I used this company a few years ago, and that was a big mistake which cost me 4years. No matter what happens in the future I would never use them again.

Top class firm, when other Solicitors let me down and failed to support on my PI claim, Brook & Co picked up the case promptly and subsequently I was awarded a very good sum. I was about to give up hope! Thankyou all.

Very disappointed with the interaction between my solicitor (Pearsons and Co) and Walter Brooks & Co wouldn't provide paperwork unless repeatedly asked, to be honest I find this firm extremely unprofessional.

Not used Walter or his lad for ages so I can't give an honest review.

Made the mistake of employing this shower to handle a divorce case. They dragged the case out for over two years and it often felt like they were working for the opposite side, despite me paying them almost £6,000 and they made damn sure they got every penny available out of me. Their staff kept leaving so I had to go through the whole tale again with new solicitors - FIVE TIMES. At one point, one left and they didn't bother to pass the case to another member of staff, and consequently I was sat in court by myself wondering what the hell was going on.Just represent yourself. Walter Brook and his minions don't care about you - they're probably all sat around his swimming pool quaffing pinot noir and gorging themselves silly on roast swan at your expense.

I have instructed Brook & Co to act on my behalf on many occasions for a variety of legal services. I find their staff to polite, attentive and efficient, with their senior members being professional and knowledgeable.

I have never know a manager to be so unprofessional in a business. Treating staff unfairly and not doing things in the correct way and leaving people in an unknown situation, I would not recommend this solicitors due to some staff dealing with matters in an unprofessional way.

Very happy with conveyancing for 3 news homes, cohesive team who moved the process along quickly with no delays or errors, stressful enough buying property without additional stress, highly recommend.
