Best service I have received ever (not just in pc building). Alphonzo was very helpful and notified me the steps throughout the building process. the pc looks beautiful and performs wonderfully. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Simply the best.

Huge thanks to Alphonzo for upgrading the motherboard on my PC. He recommended the best motherboard for what I needed, gave me updates as he worked and also managed to get the PC back to me very quickly. Great customer service and great work done on the PC!

*update*09/12/2023As mentioned in my previous post, I keep to my word once I had enough funds Alphonzo built my daughters gaming PC, within a day (even though he had issues with it) he managed to sort it in no time. excellent service great guy like I said I wouldn't let anyone else build my computer apart from Custom PC Builder UK01/05/2023*If you're after a gaming or workstation PC This guy is the man for the job recently had issues with my old cpu fan, went back to Alphonzo upgraded my pc as usual kept me upto date with the service good bloke used him before and will always use him in the future.*Well what can I say about Custom PC Builder absolutely amazing service, I contacted Alphonzo through fb after searcing for a local PC builder, it's always better to have a custom PC rather than buying a pre-built PC from a store that is only there to make the sale not provide the service. it's like making a curry y'd rather make it from scratch than buy a ready cooked one from a supermarket ya get my drift ????anywayz Alphonzo will make sure what you actually need to run your PC for, so mine was gaming and media production, he will recommended the parts and requirements you may need. down to software, monitors etc the list goes onit's natural to feel weary when handing over expensive parts to a complete stranger but honestly hand on heart this guys a diamond he will talk through the whole process and send daily pics and updates on the progress he is making.it's his job to save money for the customer not the other way round.My ONLY negative experience I can say is the man charges waaaaaaaay too less for what he does.so before you pay him remember his spent time talking to you, his spent years of expertise and advice to make sure you have the best PC. his spending money on his own electricity and time. so make sure too leave him a decent tip if you can.other than that I made a new friend100% Genuine Guyand we need more of them in this world ❤️

The whole proccess was a great experience, communication was established quick and on a friendly tone. My device was handled with care and even though my issue was not very severe I had constant updates and the offer to keep in touch regarding the computer's future behaviour. Overall making for an efficient and reliable service.

Amazing work and quality builds, not just professional but a genuinely nice guy who likes helping people. He was attentive and patient, explaining and answering any questions that I had. I showed him my parts list and he went over it, not only did he improve it, he sourced better parts and brought the overall total down. He even found parts that were white without me even mentioning my aesthetics.When the GPU went out of stock, he kept me updated and watched for new stock alerts every day until he found one at a good price; I didn't even need to do anything, he had everything covered! It didn't take him long to build my PC, it was literally a turn around of one day and he kept me updated the entire time, sending me pictures and asking me for my preferences; even installing apps I wanted.He loaded Windows 10, ran multiple tests, tested it with different games, made sure everything was working okay, all I had to do was pick it up and plug it in. Afterwards he changed my settings to make sure I was getting the best out of my monitor with gsync. Speaking of monitors, he even found a monitor for me within my budget! I can't reccomend his services enough, just look at my PC, it's beautiful!

After having a friend try to build my PC for me, I went to Alphonzo looking for professional help on getting it to work (my friend made some errors when building, which led to the PC not working or booting). Contacted Alphonzo regarding upgrading the CPU + Motherboard within a certain price point. He made suggestions within the budget. Once I bought the parts and I dropped off the parts, he thoroughly cleaned the build and promptly completed the upgrade within a couple of days (would have been same day but one of the parts was stolen enroute!). He also ran all the required updates (BIOS, Drivers) and provided screenshots for all upgrades and progress (hardware and software). He completed all this for a very reasonable price!Was a pleasure to use him, can only recommend his services for anyone considering a PC Build/upgrade.
