29/11/23 - call back from my website enquiry. Was told surgery available for mid December: I would have to book in right away for a consult."She said you will be in and out in afternoon. I've had cosmetic surgery before I know how I react to general aesthesia. This was scary and giving: chop shop.30/11/23 - I called back. To pay for the consult they sent me a link to my phone. Link doesn’t work. We tried again. Link still broken. Skye says she'll send me a link to pay by bank transfer. Until payment was through she couldn’t confirm my appointment for Tuesday.I make payment by bank transfer after the call and reply to the email asking to please let me know payment was received and my appointment confirmed.Friday the 31st - I’ve heard nothing. Exceptionally professional, empathetic and kind; I'd happily recommend Elanic and Dr Vivek to anyone looking at their aesthetic surgery options. In particular, nurse Hayley has been an absolute star; she looked after me during the immediate post-op aftermath as well as at my recent review and I can't emphasise enough how lovely she is and how she was able to put me at ease and reassure me at all times. NB: It's important for trans folk to feel secure when discussing gender affirming surgery, and I felt safe and respected from start to finish.

I’m 7 days on from having a breast reduction at Elanic. I’m massively impressed and grateful to the whole team for making this experience so positive. From my initial consultation, through surgery and onto recovery it has been such a pleasant experience. I was given insight, advice and expectations about my surgery. From the minute I enquired, through to the procedure and post op day 1follow up, I have been extremely happy with the high level of service and experience. I recently went under the knife at Elanic.On arrival I was extremely nervous until one of the team of nurses arrived. With a gentle smile and a warm hello, it wasn‘t long before I felt settled. I experienced a very friendly, relaxed yet very professional team.A full explanation was given by each member of the team looking after me.Once in surgery, I was given a small injection into the back of my hand, I answered a few questions and the next thing I knew I had woken up in the recovery room. The care continued with constant heart rate, pulse and blood pressure checks.I was given snacks and drinks and my nurse kept asking me how I felt!I was really well taken care of.So I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Elanic and for anyone reading this, I can highly recommend this company!

Can not recommend this clinic enough! All the staff are lovely and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Dr Vivek is amazing and new exactly what I wanted, I had 100 % confidence in him. My surgery has literally been life changing and I am so happy with the results. Wish I had done it sooner!

Although I still have a couple of post op appts at the clinic, so far my experience has just been amazing! My consultations were super informative and I got to take my time trying on different sizes that were recommended by my surgeon. I ended up having a further 2 appts to adjust my size to which everyone was very accommodating. I felt so relaxed and taken care of on the day of my surgery, again amazing communication by the whole team so I knew exactly what was happening and when. Even walking into the surgery room the team in there were so friendly and i felt like I was in good hands. Then in my few hours in recovery the nurses were constantly checking I was okay and gave me some food and a cup of tea. Got all my medication explained to me and then was able to be picked up. The whole process from start to finish with Elanic has been a dream and I could not recommend them enough to anyone wanting to go.

Went to Elanic for a consultation for breast augmentation. As soon as I arrived, everyone was very welcoming, sat with a cup of tea, the girls at reception went above and beyond I felt, everyone was extremely friendly, I felt comfortable. I met with the surgeon and my consultant, felt comfortable, was given a lot of advice and information about the procedure which I thought was amazing. I feel very comfortable and excited about getting the surgery. The process of booking, paying etc was very smooth. A very good experience, can’t wait for my day!!!

I have had a wonderful experience with all staff at Elanic. Nothing is ever too much and any and all questions answered. It was lovely chilled atmosphere on the day and I felt great afterwords! Could not recommend this clinic enough! Thank you.

Everyone at Elanic are so caring & friendly. I was made to feel extremely welcome & put at ease. Such a professional environment, everything was explained in full detail to me & no question was deemed as a “silly” question.
