Really excellent customer service. I had some queries about the product after ordering and Signal Sounds were quick to reply and looked into different options to me. They offered a refund if I needed, but I decided to keep the product (Rode Smart Lav +1) because it was really good quality and came with a warranty too and Signal Sounds have the necessary adaptor to use it with a Zoom H4 recorder. I would recommend and use again.

Amazing service, I cannot recommend them enough. I live in South Africa and I manage to get packages in a week or less. I've never had any issues and I find the service to be unparalleled. Seriously give them a try, I am sure you won't be disappointed!

I live abroad, so needless to say shipping and delivery for music gear can be complicated. The Signal Sounds team has been incredibly kind, helpful and efficient in getting eurorack gear to where I am, and are always ready to offer advice. They were extremely helpful in preparing delivery dates that work for me, and have given me timely stock updates on gear I have not been able to find in stock almost anywhere else. If you need music gear delivered internationally, Signal Sounds is the best out there!

This is absolutely when the best and most friendly shops I had the pleasure of visiting in Glasgow. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and they have a huge array of different sound toys to try. If your into synths, this is absolutely the right place to go. Needed a couple of type A midi cables urgently. Mailed on the Sunday to see if they could send asap for the Bank Holiday and Jason replied early Monday morning to say yes! Great service - recommended!
