We recently used Lockings to complete our purchase. Joanna and her team were great throughout the process, providing frequent updates and answering all of our questions. Lockings we're priced competitively and offered a great service. We will be in touch again with Lockings when we next move. Although they have a York office address, the team we dealt with are all based in Hull. I think this is important to mention for anyone who may want to visit the office in person. This wasn't an issue at all for us, however, as we completed all paperwork and communications over email and the phone.

I was very lucky to have Dawn Clarke support me through the FTB process. Without Dawn I think I’d have lost the plot completely. I think solicitors have a reputation for being stand off ish and cold, but Dawn was the complete opposite!
