Was there on a coach trip to visit the town and then go on a river trip at whaley bridge with afternoon tea. Which was excellent

It's free to park a lorry between 6pm to 8am. Any other hours and it's a coach park. Park correctly and you get a few wagons in. Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

It's actually Buxton coach Park..It's a coach/bus park which allows camper vans on for just over five quid..HGVs Park there overnight..you got public toilets there which have seen much better days..it's very busy at times loading/unloading tourists..A car park is right next to it for everyone else...Parking wardens regularly check that you have paid to park and very often the ticket machine is broken so you have to phone a number on the side and you will be given a code to write on a piece of paper to display in your windscreen...

Convenient location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Spring Gardens shops and cafes and only a short distance from the town centre. There's a car park on the other side of the bridge and some decent free toilets.

We used this for an overnight stay in our motorhome which is allowed. It's free from 6pm until 8am and we paid for the periods before and after. Surprisingly quiet at night regarding road traffic noise on a Friday night. My only complaint was the payment sign which wasn't very clear regarding the payments for the coach park. Downloaded the car park payment app which allowed ticketless parking. Could be a problem getting a space at times. Would use this coach park again.

Not bad for a overnight stay. Wetherspoons over the road and kebab shop. No toilets but cant complain
