This was very fun. It is definitely more aimed at the kids rather for adults. We didn't know so we brought tickets for myself and my husband and since we had paid we had a go and it was definitely harder then it looks. My 8 year old loved it!!

Inclusion matters and I can thank the Rock Up employees today especially Seb who was amazing ensuring my little boy who has cerebral palsy had the best first experience of climbing. He hasn’t stopped smiling & him and his sister had the best time and can’t wait to come back! Thank you

My Granddaughter (6) and her Dad had a fab time here. Staff were great, all young but willing to help out and advise. Easy to find once in the shopping centre but Watford is a nightmare to drive through which is why I haven't been there for decades. Rock up was a fab couple of hours and lots of fun.Only let down by the toilets but the coffee was good, I think we will be back soon.

Definitely, I am not going back… the young people that works there are more interested in chatting to each other rather that look after the customers. The tables and floors, completely disgusting full of food. Toilets are a complete disgrace, how disgusting, dirty and horrendous smell.Ahhh I forgot…. because I was hungry I was planing to order a pizza and they told me they couldn’t serve me because they were not preparing hot food. Although, I am now grateful at that, because if this is the cleanness in the customer area, I don’t want to imagine how gross could be the kitchen.

Came to rock up whilst shopping with a very excited child that has additional needs. Spoke to a lady named Becca at the front desk who took one look at my son and said there were no slots for him. Little did she know I had already looked online and knew there were slots.I then went online to book the child in and we had a very embarrassed lady when we arrived for our booking shortly after.Following that we had an amazing member of staff named John! He was so patient and kind, and the child really struggles with many things with his additional needs, communication being one of them & eye sight being another one. John was amazing, made everything fun and challenging and made our visit so nice. Thank you so much John! You were absolutely amazing

Toilets are a complete health hazard. Genuinely this location should be closed for a deep clean. Totally unsanitary and inappropriate. The kids did enjoy the climbing but there was a lack of organisation and control.

Fantastic Sunday morning for toddlers. I took my 2 year old to one of the 9:30am toddler sessions on a Sunday, which works out well as the shopping centre and car park are dead at that time (go for the Kings car park in the Atria to be nice and close)Initially my son was a bit skeptical about putting a harness on so we let him run around holding onto the harness to just take it all in. A very kind young staff member kept coming back over to ask if he'd like to try the harness on again and after a bit of an explore my son agreed (whilst being distracted with some stickers). The walls are super easy to use and we eased into a few of them just getting used to the feel of the harness holding his weight. Again, the same staff member kept coming over (I wish I knew his name because he was great) to show him some of the walls and played games with him.The soft play is a decent size upstairs too with the cafe area next to it and some fun little arcade games (whack a mole was a hit, be prepared to spend a lot of £1 coins). We left rock up around 11ish and the shopping centre was still very quiet making it ideal to explore the cafes in the area. There was even a little ride on train that appeared outside of Rock Up which was good fun. In all, it's an excellent Sunday morning for littles. I'd recommend going with low expectations of what your toddler will manage the first time as there were a lot of kids who did not want to wear a harness, I was left quite surprised that mine was happy to wear one on his first visit (he's a big sensory seeker, who will happily throw himself around at any given opportunity)

The design of the walls is really well done, at least for ours as a beginner. They look colourful and interesting for the little one to want to give a try.Mine is 4 years old and he's a very cautious boy. Even though he grew nervous each time when he got up a few steps, it didn't stop him to give another wall a try.The gentleman who's helping was extremely friendly. He encouraged my little one but being very gentle without overwhelming him. And at one point, to get my little one overcome his fear, he climbed up first and reassured my little one to reach the wooden beam. And he did it!We only did probably about 15 minutes in the climbing area and then moved to the soft play. However, the little one wanted give the climbing another go volunteerily after some snacks. Unfortunately, we passed the time slot for it and will have to wait till next time.Absolutely recommend it .

My grandchildren loved it here. Staff were great & encouraging of the children when they climbed.Only downside is when I booked online I ordered the blanket badges & (although I wasn't charged for them) there weren't any available, with the girl on reception not really seeming to know what I was talking about.Sadly I'd promised the children the badges so they were a bit disappointed by this.
