Nice bloke ..the dog liked him,however she is a jack russell , it took time to chase for the quote then he had forgotten the trellis so eventually got a quote we were happy with, due to be fitted Saturday 12 th Nov at 10, text on the Friday to confirm he was going to turn up and yes he was.. not .....no contact from him,we text and tried to call with no luck. Time waster..

Pathetic and shocking! I offer Luke the fencing job and on the day he didn't turn up and after my repeated phone calls he gave me an excuse that I am in hospital but promise to come in the afternoon . He came and started the job and messed it up completely. He left the neighbour's property unsecure and promised me to come back to fix it next day. Again, he failed to turn up and this time his excuse was I am in a funeral. After that he disappear and never answer my calls or text. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid!

A real shame. Luke seemed like a good guy that knew what he was doing. Unfortunately he messed me around timing wise and put other jobs in front of my own. He took three weeks to complete a three day job. I paid him in full but then found numerous problems with the fence and the way it was fitted. I gave him chance after chance to come and look, fix the fence and rectify the mistakes but after numerous phone calls, texts and voicemails I was just ignored.Unprofessional.Unreliable.Poor quality of work.
