Amazing service. Ordering was easy. Showroom staff Lindsey and Stefan were more than helpful. Was quickly dealt with efficiently and good choice of floor fittings. The guys who fitted the carpet were done within an hour of 2 rooms and kitchen and even noticed my partner struggling with bad health helping us with replacing the furniture from outside when it started to rain. Update: Carpet fitted immaculately. The carpet is is beautiful and was purchased and installed at a great price. Only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 was because a few hiccups along the way.

Used them a few times now and always great value and quality.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Had 2 bedroom carpets and a stairs carpet fitted. All fitted badly. They came out to sort out stairs one but did a very bad job. Every stairs is lose and has lumps, carpet moves when you walk on it and bedrooms are the same. They didn't even fit the door runners back on properly. Avoid at all costReplying to owner. I did contact you via email. To which you responded, i even sent video and pics of the issue. I was told someone would come sort it and no one ever did. Maybe you should look into working with different carpet fitters. Seems to be a occurring problem reading other reviews

Huge thanks to Carpet Co. Staff are helpful but never pushy, really straight forward experience again shopping with them. Had laminate flooring fitted in my lounge yesterday, work carried out to a high standard, quick and reliable fitters. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic! Lindsay really helped us get our carpet done quicker than expected and the carpet fitter was hilarious and did a great job! The carpet is so soft and just amazing and the price is well worth it. I would deffo recommend!!! Thanks again!

Very helpful showroom staff helped me choose the right carpet for my hall, stairs and landing. The fitters did a lovely job and had new underlay and carpet fit in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them

Really poor fitter used. The warehouse cut the carpet size incorrectly. The fitters rushed the job and didn’t care about marking the walls I’d just painted. They passed the job to another fitter and told me he’d be here within an hour and left sharpish. He wanted to make sure he finished early on a Friday. 3 hours later and several phone calls and I’m still waiting for the fitter. It’s ok though as they left me some jobs to do. They left all the carpets off cuts and scraps for me to get rid of.Rubbish fitters. If you buy the carpet, use your own fitters.
