Hayley pierced my lobes after my last holes from years ago unfortunately closed up. She was really nice and despite being very busy explained everything thoroughly and was friendly too! Near enough painless and done with needles rather than a gun which is more sanitary. Try to avoid walk ins on Saturday as when i went it was very busy even with an appointment. Would definitely go back!

I have had lots of piercings with both Leonie and Jodie. I’ve had my second and third ears, helix, conch, nose and the outside of my ear. The salon is warm, clean, professional and lovely. The appointments are efficient and painless. Even my nose was painless and that didnt even have numbing crème. The salon is very clean, spotless and they take age and permission very seriously. The prices are very reasonable and they make you feel so comfortable. It’s a brilliant place to get pierced. I always get nervous but Jodie’s piercings is amazing! X

My recent piercing appointment was very disappointing. The process felt rushed and unprofessional, with the piercer, Hayley, displaying a noticeable lack of courtesy and expertise. Despite having a history of successful piercings elsewhere, the pain during this piercing was unusually intense, and Hayley's rude and harsh demeanour added to the overall negative experience. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone seeking a professional and comfortable service.

Brilliant service and very friendly, was a walk-in and see straight away had my ears re-pierced after they closed up over the years and could not fault it. Was painless and Hayley was brilliant through it all. Definitely going back to get some more piercings.

Had the best experience here! We were 3 walk ins, all had piercings done and Hayley managed to fit us all in to her schedule and did an amazing job at both piercing us and making us feel amazing and confident after. Such a great time here and Hayley was really professional and personable!

I had an appointment with her on the 25th November and I was a bit nervous seeing the mixed reviews, but it was changed as soon as I got there. Very clean and comfy sized studio which you can purchase to have any snacks or drinks. I had two nipples piercings, as my mum had two tragus as well as my sister having her tongue done for the first time. We were all nervous, but Hayley our piercer was able to make us all feel reassured and comfortable.You can tell that she was very busy today due to the discount and she was working very hard to fit the scheduled appointments and walk ins considering she was the only one working. She did very well! A lot of piercers would have cracked under that kind of pressure, but she did it so effortlessly.I understand that other people have had different experiences at this studio, but it doesn’t mean it will happen to you and in my experience as well as my family members - we were very happy and content. I couldn’t recommend anyone more amazing! She is professional and makes you feel at ease especially with the piercing we were getting. We will definitely be retuning as she was spot on!She explains what to do with the aftercare as well as give you paper with instructions on it.Thank you Hayley!

Avoid. I got my belly button pierced with Jodie and it was a very rushed appointment. She sprayed numbing spray too close to my skin, giving me a chemical cold burn. She then pierced through the burn. I went back the following day to tell her that the burn was very sore and weepy, to which she replied ‘that’s normal’. This was 8 weeks ago, and I have now had to remove my belly bar due to an ongoing infection (despite cleaning the area with saline solution 2-3 times a day and covering with a plaster) - as advised by a different piercer. They also informed me that the bar Jodie used was too small, allowed no room for swelling, and had been rubbing against the burn to such an extent that if I did not remove the bar, my piercing would never heal. Overall, I think the way Jodie handled the situation was unprofessional, she offered no advice or apology when I brought up the issue of my burn. I have now been left with an infected, discoloured, open wound. For future reference - good piercers should not use numbing spray.

Myself and my son have both had several piercings at Jodie’s. It has always been clean, professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable and quality is always the best. Would highly recommend Jodie’s.

I had a walk in appointment with Hayley yesterday & despite her being extremely busy she still managed to fit me in. Not only did she fit me in she was also super friendly and accommodating. I was a littleWorried about the piercing I was getting but she made the whole process smooth and relaxing. Even through the procedure she explained everything she was doing and took her time with me. This is the best experience I’ve had when it comes to piercings. The shop itself felt very sterile and aesthetically pleasing as well as the service I received being nothing short of genuine and friendly. Really great service and I am very happyWith my piercing and the procedure.

Went in to have my industrial pierced, keeping in mind I have had my industrial pierced before (not by Jodie’s) and I had no problems with that one and it healed lovely. However I had paid for it to be done, to then be informed it wouldn’t be a bar, but two separate ones.Now I’m no expert however I’ve heard around that it does need to be a bar so that it heals straight, instead of it healing wonky with two separate ones. Mine has not only healed wonky but has a massive lump growing from it.Like I said I’ve had an industrial piercing before and also loads of other ones and I’ve never had this problem before. I clean them properly etc however I can’t physically make the piercing straighter nor will the lump go away.I will not be going back to Jodie’s again and it’s now another £25 or whatever down the drain again.
