Desserts Delivered Sunderland

Ordered a few things. Missed item off the order, was told driver on the way, hour passed called again same response 3 hours later still nothing. This isn't the first time this has happened here either. If you're torn between here and anywhere else id recommend you pick anywhere else.

0% reccomend! We’re furious. We ordered food at 9pm and didn’t receive it until 11:50. Not to mention when it got here it was freezing cold and it was completely wrong with all the toppings. The portion sizes are also atrocious!!! I paid 4.50 for a waffle and it came cold with wrong toppings and they were 2 tiny ones i buy from asda for the kids brekky. Livid, will not order again .

2 and a half hours, no sign.Rang up after 1 hour 30, told it wouldn't be long as the driver is out in the area. Nope, still waiting and no answer on phones at all. Rather they just told me it wasn't coming in the first place. Load of rubbish.

Outstanding customer service really attentive to there customers. I placed an order on just eat when delivered there was an item missing . However this particular night it was snowing quite heavy so didnt feel it was acceptable to call and ask for it to be sent out . The next night we received an unexpected delivery and it was our missing item and extras . To say the least I was pleasantly surprised and extremely appreciative as the didnt have to rectify this . Keep up the hard work providing Sunderland,s sweet treat lovers happy .

Received my order and the waffle was disgusting as if it was microwaved came in some plastic container with the milky bar sauce all over the lid , the Oreo cheesecake fell apart , the chocolate sauce made me retch absolutely disgusting .

Omg perfect for that sweet tooth! Peanut butter stack is lovely. Love the sweetie box and milkshake. My delivery was early esp considering how busy they get. Driver was friendly. Thank you

Not worth the price at all. Bland waffle. Dry. Took 1 hour to get 5 minutes walk. All chocolate orange on waffle metled and went hard took that long. Horrible delivery services. Not ordering again

Honestly wish I could put 0 stars. Absolutely appalling service. Waited over an hour to then get a message to say it was delayed. Waited yet another hour- it was now getting late (on a Monday night!?). I eventually went to bed- still no delivery. My partner then woke up to the sound of our gate at quater to 1 in the morning!!! He opened the door to find no one was there, not even our delivery.So after waiting hours and putting a refund request in this morning, they've messaged back refusing it and saying that they're sorry for the delay and that they were busy? (On a Monday night!!!). DELAY??!! The delay is not this issue here, its that I never even received it.This business is an absolute scam and they don't care about their customers. They'd much rather take the money.Avoid at all costs, don't waste your money- you won't get it back!

Waited a little longer than expected for delivery but it was worth the wait you won't get better we tried a bit of everything and and the portions are good and fairly priced
