Just had Greenman Stoves install my Woodburner for me. Great local team, really friendly and supportive. Gave lots of advice on what i could and perhaps shouldn't do. Helped ensure the stove i wanted would fit properly, basically did everything for me.Install was quick, and the guys went out of their way to ensure the finish was top notch. Had it for about a week, love it. I'll never get tied of setting a good fire on a cold evening.Totally recommend...

Dual sided Clock Blithfield stove installation.Existing stove & liner removed.New liner, stove, slate hearth and associated works, including knock-through & aperture expansion and replaster & skim, completed to transition from single sided Villager stove.The transformation is absolutely brilliant, now heating two rooms, and with fewer logs.The output control is much more effective.Thank you GMS - our installation team took time to ensure the job was done expertly. Nothing was left onsite.Nicola very patiently offered advice in the showroom, ensuring we selected the most suitable stove - backed up by a pre-installation site survey.Highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with my Purevision 5 inset stove fitted by Green Man Stoves.From the first contact via the online enquiry form, Nicola and her team have made it all so easy. After the initial survey, I was given details of several different options. Alan and Adam were clean and tidy during installation and gave me a tutorial on how the stove worked. A couple of weeks on and several fires later, me and my dogs love it and it has made a big difference to my house.

John did a great job, he was very friendly, professional and left the wood burner spotless. We are wood burner newbies, and he very kindly gave us a thorough lesson in how to use it, and all the materials we are going to need for it to function efficiently. No problem recommending him/Green Man Stoves 100%!!

Superb!Thank you to all at Green Man Stoves for your first-class service, workmanship and after sales support. This was our second fireplace / stove installation by Green Man Stoves in the last year and we have been utterly delighted with the outcomes on both occasions.In April 2018, Green Man Stoves installed a new Purevision PVR Cylinder Stove in an unheated summer room of the property we are renovating. From the very outset, the general advice that James of Green Man Stoves gave us was excellent, especially in terms of his recommendation of the stunning Purevision Cylinder Stove to suit the contemporary design we were looking to achieve whilst delivering the heat output required for this largely glazed 20’ x 20’ room. We also opted to spend a little extra in choosing an Italian slate hearth, which turned out to be a well worthwhile decision as end result is superb.When the time came to install the PVR stove, the team of Alan and Adam were excellent. Their approach to the job of first preparing a new opening in our ceiling and roof to accommodate the tall cylinder flue was first class and the overall tidiness of their workmanship and attention to detail were very appreciable. The outcome was a stunningly attractive addition and focal point to this room, one that now makes the living space useable in warmth and comfort all year roundA little less than a year later, we invited James back to advise us on a potential further requirement in our lounge / dining room. The proposal we agreed upon involved the removal of a 1960s open fire back-boiler with a rather unappealing large, elongated hearth and replacing that an inglenook fireplace and multi-fuel stove.Less than a month later, in early March 2019, the team of Alan and Danny did an excellent job in first deconstructing the old fireplace and hearth, which turned out to be a sizeable task and removing all unwanted items and rubble from site cleanly and without causing any mess to be cleared up afterward. A new, slightly wider opening was then cut into the wall and a new lintel added plus fireproof concrete boarding to the rear and sides, creating a perfectly sized new inglenook fireplace.The wall space where the long fire surround had been was carefully patch plastered and made good, cutting in seamlessly with the existing wall plaster. A cut to measure slate riven hearth was installed and the inglenook rear and side walls given two coats of paint (Farrow & Ball, I think ) before the new Aarrow Acorn 5 multi-fuel stove was installed and connected up to the new flue liner installed in the old chimney.The clean lined simplicity of this newly constructed fireplace is completely in line with our ongoing renovation design plans for our new home and the Acorn 5 stove recommended by James fits the new inglenook perfectly! The finished article was, once again, stunning. A delightful, clean lined modern looking fireplace, transforming the look of the room and large surrounding wall space.Ultimately, we cannot praise the Green Man team of James, Nicola, Alan, Andy and Danny enough; firstly, for the excellent and highly knowledgeable advice of James on both occasions we have invited Green Man Stoves to come up with a fireplace solution. Secondly, high praise must also go to the excellent installation team of Alan, Andy, and Danny for all their efforts onsite over the period of the two installations, including attention to detail in ensuring everything was completed to the highest standards and, remarkably, with no discernible mess and, most importantly, for delivering quite stunning results on both occasions!For anyone looking to install a new or replacement wood burning or multi-fuel stove, based on our two flawless installations, we would completely and unreservedly recommend that you invite Green Man Stoves in to quote for a solution.
