I was very lucky to meet Hassan and get a car from his dealership! The search of a car wasn’t easy for me. First car, first experience of buying it in the UK, hard to trust anyone , and on top of that, quality/price wise nothing seemed to attract until I saw the advertising from Mr Hassan. I went to see a car with no high expectations, however, the deal was done in 30 mins! The condition of the car, the price , and the help from Mr Hassan convinced me in no time. All the papers were arranged by Mr Hassan and the car was brought to me on time as was agreed. Now, after 3 months of using it, I can definitely recommend this dealership and surely it will be the first place to come if I ever need another car.

I couldn't find any seller nicer than Hassan. As an international student, looking for a used car for my family was stressful. But luckily, after spending my time searching for a car seller around Birmingham, I found Hassan. Since our first communication, he's very responsive. And when we finally met in his garage, I realised why his customers always give him good reviews.He explained the car in detail and let me take my time to check it. He also gave me a student discount, making the price of the car even more affordable.Although I believe Hassan has done his best to make sure the car is in good condition, something bad can happen. And it did as I drove the car for about one month. There's something wrong with the transmission part. Then, I called Hassan, and without hesitation, he arranged a schedule to fix it. His mechanic then fixed the problem, and I didn't spend any penny on it. Now everything is good, and my family love it.

I had a really excellent car buying experience with UK Auto Cars. I saw the car advertised, phone and spoke to Mr Hassan. I wanted the car delivered to me about 80 miles away, and without first seeing it I was quite anxious and sceptical whether to trust them. But Mr Hassan assured me of the quality of the car and the assurance of the warranty that came with it. But most importantly through our conversation I became quite comfortable to go ahead as I could sense genuineness. He delivered the car to my driveway, sorted all the paperwork for me, took me for a test drive. I bought the car and later took to my own mechanic to check. The report was good, which shows everything Mr Hassan told me was true. I found him to be friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend him.

Nice welcome and introduction however car was not as described as it should be on the website as we got there, there seemed to be more wear and tear. Expected warranty to be at least 6 months or more included and was only 3, very disappointing.

I had an amazing experience at UK Auto Cars, I bought a BMW 3 series m sport and the service was amazing from start to finish. Every question I had about the car was answered and I was shown how all the features work on the car and everything about it was explained. I would 100% recommend this dealership. 10/10 service.
