Changed my Ancillary Battery friendly quality garage although carried out additional diagnostic tests which were not authorised which i was charged with. Which spoiled my experience a little.

A quaint emporium on the outskirts of Bishop Auckland, once serving the Prince Bishops and their underlings. My reserves filled a plenty and at a moderate cost, the whimsical wench who tended my custom was most pleasant and chatty. Indeed she brightened my foul day into a tolerable one and as she bade me farwell with that twinkle in her eye I left quite elated and made a mental to return when, once more my reserves run low.

I used the fuel station on Sunday but on getting home noticed that I had been overcharged (I think the person on the till just pressed the wrong digit, accidents happen). I contacted the business and was told the manager (Sam) would phone me the following day. He did so and apologised for the error and refunded the money to my card and even sent me a photo of the receipt. Brilliant customer service, all done promptly and courteously.
