Hands down best Chinese food I've ever eaten. Bought several vegan dishes as their menu has a lot of vegan options! The food was a-ma-zing! I've been 3 times now, and have tried dishes like no beef strips, chow mein, fried rice, no chicken balls, etc. I honestly can't fault the food or the service ‐ it's quick to come out the kitchen and tastes great.

Hidden gem for chinese food. Hygienic and great tasting dishes. Highly recommended. They also have a good gluten free menu.The staff are friendly and helpful.

Have used Ballards wok for years but unfortunately the last few deliveries have not been to the standard it used to be.Today was a complete let down and we had the worst takeaway from them!Rice was stone cold, crispy shredded beef was also cold & very very chewy& the chicken & sweetcorn soup was so salty it was uneatable!It was all cold and very disappointing.

We ordered a few months back and forgot to review.It was our first ever order, absolutely fresh and lovely food, also very happy to see the delivery lady refused to just hand over the food when my husband wasn't aware I had ordered and looked confused at 50 odd quids worth of stuff. So that was a great bonus.Second order was just now and it was absolutely fantastic again. No more wok and roll for me.

Good quality Chinese takeaway. Although I always regret it 2 hours later when I'm drinking water by the gallon. Not a dig at the takeaway as all Chinese takeaways are the same with their salt.
