Willows Veterinary Group - Alsager Vet Centre
I can’t praise this practice highly enough. Our previous vets had just about given up on our Springer Poppy with her mammary tumours. She was going downhill fast, but the team here gave Poppy her vigour back. She is like a puppy again - not bad for a fifteen year old. Thank you to Emma for her surgical skills and all the team for marvellous concern and care.

If I could give no stars then we would without doubt. Shocking practice, communication is non existent! One of the receptionist is beyond rude. Considering the practice has experienced vets I find it difficult to understand why they are unable to make a correct diagnosis. Biggest mistake is ever taking our dog there! Still waiting for a call from practice manager.. And more importantly from the Vet.. 3 weeks later…Unprofessional, uncaring and more interested in money!

We have been going to the 'willows' since it opened. The care our two pets have received from the start has been outstanding none more so when we had to have our beloved Bella put to sleep. Everyone at the practice was superb the compassion they show not only to the pets also extends to their owners. We only have Bill the moment but they even asked how he is coping. As far as we are concerned we appreciate everything they have done for us and we will never go to another practice So from us to all of the staff at the Willow's Thank you for everything.

Registered our puppy with Alsager Vets once we got him home and booked him in for his second lot of vaccinations. The staff were amazing, so friendly and reassuring. Lots of cuddles and love for our pup and a really professional but family feel vets!

My dog Nala is a very nervous German Shepherd who hates coming in, but everybody at Willows is so courteous, patient and helpful with us. Every time I come in I worry but they’re always amazing, it’s so valuable to have that level of care and understanding when you have an anxious or reactive dog. Thank you!

Recently my 11 year old labrador had to have a mass cell tumour removed. Emma looked after her really well. Emma was fully aware of my concerns regarding surgery due to the age of my dog. She could not have been better looked after. The follow-up visits were also excellent and they also handled the insurance claim forms too. I can highly recommend Emma (and Gill - maternity leave) as caring, understanding and also efficient and professional.

We made a call regarding our Sprocker who had taken a bit of turn. The receptionist called back within 10 minutes of our call. Once there, again the receptionists and staff were really lovely and welcoming. We saw Abi the Vet (blonde lady). Who was very patient with our dog who was distressed . Even though he was in pain she was very gentle and he didn't mind the examination , tail wagging all the time. She was exceptionally informative and went through every possible way to make him comfortable as well as putting us worried owners at ease.So Many Thanks for accomdating us at short notice.
