TIGER TAXIS

This taxi firm is by far the best I have ever used.In may this year I suffered a nasty eye injury and visited the hospital 5 days a week at 7.30am. The drivers were so helpful,kind and chatty and their prices are fabulously cheap.Excellent.x

Rang for a taxi home, they turned up within 3 mins.Bit pricey considering the bus costs less than half the price

Told the company 2 drop offs. Discussed with the driver made him aware of 2 drop offs, I paid money to the driver straight away on agreement on where we were going. Once we arrived at the first drop off, I then told the driver where to drive next ( it wasn’t far just down the main road ) The driver stopped his car and said he would need more money even though he knew 2 drop offs were agreed by the driver and the taxi company and that is what I paid for.I said that if I had to pay more money than so be it as I had cut my foot on glass and was in pain, just wanted to go home.The driver then refused, told us to get out of the car as he would not drop us home. Therefore was made to walk 20 minutes in the dark at 12:30 am when it would have been a 1 minute drive home.Very rude and inconsiderate, won’t be using again.

After a taxi not turning up and ringing to find out where it was , the abuse that was received was dysfunctional!Daughter rang a few days later to book taxi, to get another lot of abuse down the phone carrying on from the previous phone call (she was not even aware of). She was threatened that they knew where she lived and was called disgusting names. Apparently by the owners granddaughter.I’ve used taxis all my life.. this is a dysfunctional business! Will be contacting the taxi licence department.

Fantastic 5 star service from atiger again tonight . We were at a remote location at a club barn dance but Carl turned up on time and collectef yd /brought us all home at a a reasonable price
